November 2010 New management board of Zurnal Media Zurnal media receives with mid of November a new management board consisting of 3 people. Editor in chief Goran Novkovic moves with Georg Doppelhofer to Tomaz Bergoc into the management board and will be superior the new formed leading team. September 2010 Reallocation of the departments within the Styria executive board With the retirement of the chairman of the board, DDr. Horst Pirker, changes concerning the distribution of departments within the board of the Styria Media Group AG became necessary. [ further ] 13. April 2010 Styria Media Group takes over interactive.agency The founder of the online marketing corporation interactive.agency, Richard Kristek, yields his shares of the interactive.agency Mediaservices GmbH to the Styria Media Group and thus resigns after six years as shareholder from the online project.
